ADI Academy – Partnership at eye level with Satellite Office

During an interview with Lynn Lindner, authorized signatory of the ADI Academy, it became impressively clear how crucial the right environment is for successful learning – an idea that also guides Satellite Office. As a long-standing partner, the ADI Academy regularly uses Satellite Office’s flexible and well-equipped conference rooms for its part-time courses and seminars. This cooperation underlines how tailor-made Satellite Office’s concept is for the needs of modern educational institutions.

Interview with Lynn Lindner, authorized signatory of the ADI Academy

Satellite Office: Ms. Lindner, what were the original goals when the ADI Academy was founded, and how have they developed over time?

Lynn Lindner: Our founder, Prof. Dr. oec. Dr. h.c. Hanspeter Gondring FRICS, had the vision of raising the real estate industry to a new level through academic further education. The academy was launched with the aim of imparting practical specialist knowledge on a part-time basis in order to promote a qualified, sustainable real estate industry. Over the past 25 years, we have steadily expanded our range of courses and now offer numerous degree courses and specialized seminars that meet the current requirements of the industry.

Satellite Office: How has ADI’s training program adapted to the needs of the real estate industry?

Lynn Lindner: The real estate industry is dynamic and has changed dramatically. We have therefore developed specialized programmes such as the “Digital Real Estate Manager” and the “Sustainable Building Manager (DEKRA-certified)”. These shorter and targeted training courses impart practice-oriented knowledge and scientific findings so that specialists are optimally prepared for the future.

Satellite Office: Where do you see the advantages of modern business offices compared to traditional lecture halls for your degree programs?

Lynn Lindner: Traditional lecture halls are often designed for frontal teaching and are not very flexible. Our programs, however, focus on exchange and teamwork. The flexible rooms at Satellite Office offer a professional environment with state-of-the-art technology for hybrid learning formats. The central location and stylish ambience create an atmosphere that combines concentration and well-being – ideal conditions for part-time learning.

Satellite Office: Digitalization is playing an increasingly important role. How has it changed ADI’s educational offering?

Lynn Lindner: Digitalization has opened up many new opportunities for us. We are increasingly focusing on online formats and digital learning platforms. A good example of this is our blended learning approach: students mainly learn online, but around a third of the courses take place on site at Satellite Office. In this way, we combine flexibility and personal encounters.

Satellite Office: Do you have a personal motto that guides you in your work?

Lynn Lindner: “Lifelong learning is the key to success.” This motto fits perfectly with ADI’s philosophy and is my personal guiding principle. It is a matter close to my heart to support the next generation on their path, both professionally and personally.

Conclusion

The close cooperation between the ADI Academy and Satellite Office shows how important the right environment is for professional development. Satellite Office offers modern and flexible room solutions that meet today’s requirements for learning and working spaces. The partnership underlines how Satellite Office is positioning itself as more than just a room rental company: With excellent facilities, a central location and professional support, Satellite Office creates inspiring places for productive encounters and personal development – a clear sign of a space concept with vision that sets new standards for the future of learning and working.
