A new center is born – with real values!

From the first minute of construction to the day the doors open, every new center that is created receives our full attention, careful handling of materials and great respect for the building and its past. After all, as usual, we want to offer you a very special environment for your day-to-day work. It is now common knowledge that we take care, quality and, above all, sustainability seriously. It is clear that there is no other way to live up to our responsibility – sustainability, the careful use of resources for the benefit of the environment, is common sense. True values.

However, we would like to show you how we meet this challenge on a daily basis. As a provider of casual luxury workspace, we have an obligation to set an example for the people, customers and guests who come in and out of our centers every day.

Our environmental awareness begins with the selection of the property, followed by the design of new offices with the exclusive use of environmentally friendly materials in construction and furnishings. In keeping with our award-winning pureSilent® room concept. Whether in our recently expanded Center K35 in Stuttgart or our newly opened center in Zurich – we design our centers for our customers. The Villa Sander in Frankfurt, which is currently being extended, is a matter close to our hearts, with its distinctive architectural charm both inside and out – and its unique history. A new satellite office is being built here with the utmost sensitivity and respect for people and materials and will be completed around the end of 2024.

From selection to implementation:

  • We only move into buildings that are renovated or built according to the latest environmental standards. Certifications are essential.
  • Conversions and renovations only with building materials that comply with the latest sustainability standards – and even more.
  • Our furniture from long-standing suppliers must meet sustainability standards.
  • The vast majority of our made-to-measure fixtures and furniture based on our self-developed pureWorX® standards are already built with a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions. Anything that doesn’t come off the peg is made to measure at the Georg Meyer table factory in Vechta in northern Germany. The state-of-the-art joinery is one of our largest suppliers and the many years of cooperation are proof that design, top quality and sustainability do not have to be mutually exclusive. On the contrary. Wir stellen Ihnen diesen Familienbetrieb gern einmal vor.

Together with clients and architects, we are constantly working on innovative solutions for the new challenges we face every day. Whether paints, varnishes, adhesives, foils, insulating materials or surfaces – only the latest standards count for us.

Our physical and mental health is constantly exposed to risks. That’s why we see it as our job to provide you with a workspace that minimizes these risks. With the greatest possible feel-good character. Because you deserve it.

We make conscious use of resources on a large and small scale:

  • On a small scale, our conscious approach begins with the fact that we work largely paperless in our centers. This is not always successful, but it is getting better and better. We also place 2 waste garbage cans under the desks: one for paper and one for residual waste. Separate waste and avoid paper. Quite simply.
  • In Germany and Switzerland, we have the best tap water in the world. That’s why we no longer have plastic bottles transported in and out of city centers, but instead install state-of-the-art water purification systems in all kitchens – which can be filled into carafes and bottles.
  • What helps us to pay attention to our electricity consumption? After all, energy production is the world’s No. 1 environmental factor.
  • We have been supplied exclusively with green electricity for a long time.
  • We have been using only energy-saving light bulbs for a long time.
  • In all the newer centers, motion detectors are installed that automatically regulate the lighting between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. every day – including and especially at weekends. The “last one turns out the light” does not work.
  • Wherever possible, “stand-by functions” are switched off on all electronic devices. The motors on the height-adjustable tables are included, which is almost a novelty.

Every new center is a new and further challenge for us to keep improving.
