In this conversation, Jo Fechner, Head of Communications, interviewed Mr. Giacomo Balzarini, CEO of PSP Group.
Jo Fechner:
“Mr. Balzarini, the collaboration with Anita Gödiker and Satellite Office began in 2016 with Haus Gryffenberg at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zurich. Can you tell us how this collaboration has developed?”
Giacomo Balzarini:
“First of all, we were delighted to be able to win Satellite Office as a tenant for our Gryffenberg building. We are a premium provider of real estate that is second to none. SO is a premium provider of flexible office solutions – we also need top tenants in our top properties. Two people have met who belong together. And they have proven that they do.”
Jo Fechner:
“Now there are also other providers that offer proper flexible office solutions. Isn’t the market already saturated in a business capital like Zurich?”
Giacomo Balzarini:
“You’re right, there are good providers. And everyone should look for the workspace that’s right for them. But I think that if you look around in the premium segment, it’s not easy to find what you’re looking for. Except with SO. You don’t have to compare anymore. The central location, the lavish furnishings in the rooms and, last but not least, the excellent service will keep you coming back to SO. Times are changing rapidly. Quality will remain.”
Jo Fechner:
“That will also be the reason why the Zürcherhof has now been added – also one of your top properties?”
Giacomo Balzarini:
“I can only repeat myself: Satellite Office is a pioneer in the luxury segment of workspaces of the highest quality. This is the case at every location, whether in Germany or here in Switzerland. We are also lucky enough to have SO as a tenant at Rue de la Corraterie 5 in Geneva. Here, too, we are building on the successful concept. Flexible workspace is becoming increasingly important, lean business is the order of the day.
Once again, it is important to me that we work together on a proven, trusting basis. We have gone through stormy times together. This makes it all the more important for us to be able to rely on our partners.”
Jo Fechner:
“But what makes this collaboration so special?”
Giacomo Balzarini:
“When we talk about SO, we are talking about Anita Gödiker. She is SO and SO is Anita. You won’t find many better connected women in our business. And few more capable managers who have managed to build up a company as sustainably as Anita Gödiker. I hope it continues like this for a long time to come. After all, her success is also ours!”
Jo Fechner:
“Thank you very much for the interview!”
