What does AI mean for SMEs – and what opportunities and risks does it pose?
This question was the focus of our purCom event at the SATELLITE OFFICE Center “Alte Hopfenpost” in Munich. AI, between trend and technology for SMEs – CEO Anita Gödiker and Director Yves-Cem Noack hosted the event. AI expert and “evangelist” Yunus Uyargil (NEULAND) captivated the audience with his presentation and took them on a fascinating journey into the world of algorithms and deep learning models that are revolutionizing work processes in industry and business now and in the future. Yunus has the job title of “evangelist” because, as the representative of AI pioneer Karl-Heinz Land (founder of NEULAND), he brings the “good news” of the almost inexhaustible possibilities that AI opens up to the world.
The subsequent discussion and brainstorming session provided an opportunity for guests to explore the potential of AI for companies and understand how it can support and improve work processes.
An inspiring evening that offered participants new insights into the opportunities, but also the challenges of dealing with AI.
Yunus Uyargil also managed to make the audience feel a little less shy about taking a closer look at AI.
Conclusion: We need to integrate artificial intelligence into the reality of our lives in order to overcome reservations and make use of it – we are a long way from AI taking over the world. Let’s use it as a “co-pilot”, as “the best assistant we’ve ever had!”
