In a prominent location on Bellevueplatz in Zurich, the historic "Zürcherhof" building has been converted into a first-class business center. The first satellite office at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zurich was opened back in 2016. After Zurich I and Geneva, this is another joint project with PSP Swiss Property. The new Satellite Office at Limmatquai 4 in Zurich has been fitted out to a high standard and has attractive outdoor areas with additional balconies and an idyllic roof terrace. The "Zürcherhof" is particularly attractive due to its location in the historic old town directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. At the same time, the traffic connections directly at Bellevue are excellent. Smaller stores and a café will be built on the first floor of the new Satellite Offices, further enhancing the attractive environment. A total of approximately 1,200 square meters will be created with 85 workstations, 28 offices, a fireplace lounge, two meeting rooms, digital rooms, silent cubes and phonebooths.
